This was a unique store! I was struck by the wide variety of items. There was everything from bird seed to clothing!! There was a pretty good selection of plants in the greenhouse. There was also an outdoor greenhouse that I didn't visit. There was an entire aisle of fairy garden items. 🧚‍♀️✨️🌸 The items were pricey but looked to be high quality. There was outdoor furniture and lots of garden and patio merchandise. There was also a lot of seasonal decor. The people working were kind and friendly. I bought several house plants that were lovely - healthy and reasonably priced. Overall, I found the merchandise to be more expensive than other similar stores, but I also enjoyed finding lower priced items on clearance. There was also quite a variety and seemingly good quality overall. 🪴

I stopped there today and it was such a nostalgic day for me. I have not been there in years. Everything was so immaculate there and the greenhouse the amount of beautiful house plants there was overwhelming. I’m at the nicest lady her name was Susan B and she cared for these plants like they were her friends and I absolutely loved her for that. She taught me so many different things about plants and now I feel like my plants are gonna live forever and I bought the cutest ones that she suggested.

My husband and I went to Steins this evening looking for a plant for my sister in law. She loves spider plants and monstera plants. We do not know much about plants so my husband ask the girl at the checkout where we could find them. After pointing us in the right direction, we returned with one of each. As we were paying, the girl at the checkout, Ellie, was very excited about the spider plant we chose. We told her it was a gift. Sadly we don’t have green thumbs. She was so sweet and told us how spider plants are great natural humidifiers. She also showed us how to check when they need water. All things we didn’t know and made us want to buy a few spider plants for ourselves. She was so happy and helpful. I don’t usually leave reviews. In fact it often feels like people are more likely to leave a review when unhappy rather than when someone or something stands out in a positive way that I felt Ellie deserved a shout out.

Cora at Steins Garden is fantastic! She's always so cheerful and helpful, making every transaction a pleasant experience. Her knowledge about the plants and garden supplies is impressive, and she goes above and beyond to assist customers. Cora's positive attitude and efficiency make her a true asset to Steins Garden!

I love to look at thejr awesome Christmas decorations and I LOVE Gnomes! They always have really cool gnomes, especially the outdoor garden type. The proces are a little high, but they are often carry unique items.The staff always greet me and welcome me every time I enter this particular store, spot-on and helpful, considerate customer service team!
